Kevin Lachance is the President, Owner, and Founder of BuLa Enterprises Ltd., where he has spent over two decades coordinating construction installations and maintaining rotating equipment across industries such as oil and gas, power generation, and mining.

With a background as a journeyman millwright and machinist, Kevin has developed experience in project management, construction coordination, and staff leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Before founding BuLa Enterprises, he served as a Rotating Equipment Specialist at Union Carbide/Dow Chemicals, focusing on the maintenance and repair of critical equipment like compressors and turbines.

Kevin also worked as a Maintenance & Shutdown Coordinator at Nova Chemicals, where he led teams during crucial maintenance periods. His early career included operating Central Driveline Services, where he designed and maintained hydraulic systems and oilfield equipment. Throughout his career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.
