Bula Enterprises Ltd. is committed to ensuring that practical and effective
measures are in place to protect the health and safety of our employees, clients,
contractors, suppliers, the environment and the public areas of our operations.
The Management of Bula Enterprises Ltd. will endeavour to provide and maintain a
safe work environment and requires that its' personnel, client, contractors and
suppliers plan and design safety into each of their operations.
Bula Enterprises Ltd. Management and employees are aware of, and comply with,
all relevant OH&S, EUB, and WCB regulations with established work site rules
and procedures and work safely with equal concerns for the safety of all workers.
All employees, including management and supervisors, are responsible and
accountable for the Company's overall safety initiatives, following all procedures,
working safely and providing information towards the improvement of safety
measures. Complete and active participation by everyone, everyday, in every job
is necessary to achieve the safety excellence Bula Enterprises Ltd. expects.
A workplace free of accidents and injuries is our goal. Through continuous
safety and loss control efforts, we can accomplish this together.

It is the responsibility of Bula Management to conduct a yearly
employee performance appraisal.
Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers will maintain copies of all legislation and
regulations as required by law and keep them in a place that is available to all workers.
Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers will educate their workers to the legislation
and regulations through orientations, applicable toolbox topics, safety meetings, safety
training, etc.
Bula Enterprises Ltd, strives to protect their employees, contractors and clients from personal
harm as well as protection from daily hazards associated with the environment that this
corporation operates in.
Bula maintains an enforcement policy in it's H.S.E. manual, available to all clients.
Bula Enterprises Ltd. has established A drug and alcohol policy for the
following reasons:
To maintain a productive workforce and environment to assure that the
highest quality of service is delivered to our customers.
To provide a workplace for our employees and others that is free from the
effects of drugs and alcohol thereby promoting a safe work environment.
To protect the Company's assets and reputation with its clients and the
general public.
To comply with all applicable regulation and fulfill the corporation's
obligations to clients.
